Class Registration

  • + Registration and payment must be complete before a student can participate.

  • + We encourage registrants to take advantage of the early bird discount.

  • + Classes are held once a week. You can sign up for more than 1 class.

  • + If a class is full, you can put yourself on the wait list. If/when space is available, the student will be notified and registration can be made. There is no charge to be on the wait list.

    + Payments are made by credit card only. We do not accept cash or check.

  • + We do not prorate classes.

  • + Check-in with your coach upon arriving that your name is on the class roster before participating.


Refunds and Transfers

  • + Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] (5) days prior to a session's start date.

  • + A $8.00 service fee is charged for each changed or cancelled registration if notified after the early bird discount deadline.

  • + Once the class has started refunds will not be given.

  • + Transfers can be made through week 2 of the session, if space is available and will be assessed a $8.00 service fee.

  • + Make-up classes are provided when the instructor has to cancel a class due to a rain-out or other facility closure issue. Make-up classes are provided if a class falls on a holiday that restricts us from having class on that day. Make-up classes are not available for a student’s personal conflict or inability to attend a scheduled class.

What To Bring

  • + Our coaches will provide balls and spare racquets if you don't have one.. If you are interested in buying a racquet, ask your coach for recommendations.

    + Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes with non-marking soles.
    + Bring a water bottle, towel, hand sanitizer and sunscreen and keep in a single bag.
    + The USTA is not responsible for any personal items left behind at the courts.

Inclement Weather or other Class Cancellations

  • + Your coach will establish his/her own method of communication to notify you in case of rain cancellation (email/text/phone call).

  • + Please come to the courts unless you are notified that class is cancelled. If courts are are not playable, class is cancelled.
    + Make-up classes for rain-outs or other facility shutdowns are held during the week(s) following the scheduled session.
    + When a class is cancelled due to rain, an observed holiday or an unforeseen circumstance it will be made up within two weeks of the session's end date and at the same day/time/location. Coaches will inform you if a make-up class has to be scheduled.
    + After two weeks, if the session cannot be completed due to rain-outs, partial refunds will be issued.

Session Cancellations or Changes

  • + Session schedules, times and locations may change, sometimes on short notice, due to park closures or court maintenance.

  • + If fewer than 4 students enroll, a session may be cancelled due to low enrollment. A drill class may be cancelled with 5 or less students.

  • + When a session is cancelled, you will be notified via email. You will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to another class.
