Description

Adult Drills - Advanced Beginner- Ideal for the player NTRP 2.5-3.0 level player.
60 minute active session with continuous hitting and point play. Ideal for the new player that wants to practice their new skills in an active class. Players should have basic skills and movement for full court coverage. Players are still developing consistency and point of contact. Players are lacking but working on execution for direction, control, depth and power.
