Description

Adult Drills, Intermediate - Ideal for NTRP 3.0/3.5 Players active in competition * Drop-In Class
90 minute active session with continuous hitting and point play. Players should have adequate skills and movement for full court coverage and transitions for net play. Players can sustain a medium paced rally and have achieved stroke dependability with directional control and placement. Players are working on forcing errors from their opponents with power, depth and placement.
