Description

Adult Drills - Advanced Beginner/Low Intermediate - Ideal for the active new and returning player (NTRP 2.5/3.0) that wants to practice their developing skills. *Drop In Class, 3/9/25

60 minute active session with continuous hitting and point play.  Players should have basic skills and movement for full court coverage. Players are still developing consistency and  point of contact. Players are lacking but working on execution for direction, control, depth and power.
